According to eLM, posting on this thread has "...caused the false perception that...your issue will be resolved more quickly". We tried emailing CS, Lisa Pontius and Lucky at eLance for over two months without any movement on this, but we get our problem resolved within 48 hours of posting on this board. Go figure. However< you remarks look silly at least - I have my own server, so that means that I receive ALL emails that come to my server. There were no problems when eLance representatives were contacting me regarding me joining eLance Select (well, you need some money, right?) and some other issues. So your comment in this particular case says either about absolute incompetence of your (eLance) personnel, absolutely inadequate backend of your online business or, which is most likely, your attempts to cover your faults with some absolutely absurd explanations. I would like to notice that I initiated this thread and made my posts not in attempt to get in touch in your so called CS, but to show everybody (needless, maybe) that you have VERY serious problems here at eLance. Problems that involve MONEY, which may in some cases cause very serious TROUBLE. I feel confident making this post, because I think that value of eLance for me is no way more for me that value of me for eLance. Thus, it is in best interest for eLance to take care of their CLIENTS (including me, still). eLanceModerator 2129465 Posted: 06:40 pm 25/May/2001 Begemot - CS has not received any inquiries from the email address you have on file. If you sent an email from a different email address, please resend it from the email address in your eLance account or call the toll free number. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to address individual customer service issues that are posted on the WaterCooler, as it has caused the false perception that by claiming non-response from CS, your issue will be resolved more quickly. eLance CS has a record of all emails sent to them and can research whether they received an email from a user or not. Now that CS turnaround is approximately 24 hours, customers should have no problem getting their issues resolved quickly. More time may be required if the issue involves some research.
